The Pompe 3P® Hollow Rotary Disk Pumps (Rotating Positive Displacement Pumps)

• Trim consists mainly of one hollow rotating disk that oscillates inside the pump casing, pumping the fluid from the inlet to the outlet
• Self-Priming, Reversible, Solids Handling, Highly Reliable, Long-Lasting due to low RPM
• Available with 1 or 2 hollow rotary disks phased together

The basic operating principle is the following:

The Hollow Rotary Disk, during its oscillating movement, adheres with the internal and circumferential surface of the pump casing.  This creates a depression in the suction line that causes the fluid to flow into the cavity which pumps the fluid from the cavity into supply line.
