Established in 1977, ProCast has established and maintained a reputation for providing the very highest quality foundry and machining services. The combined resources of the ProCast Team assures the fastest possible response to the needs of industrial customers worldwide, including capabilities to manufacture new replacement parts that often exceed O.E.M. standards. ProCast has the resources, technology, personnel and the proven experience to quickly repair and to manufacture quality replacement parts for virtually any industrial rotating pump in service anywhere in the world today. ProCast provides technical assistance, raw castings, finished machine parts or total equipment repair. The ProCast Team controls all aspects of production to include reverse engineering, pattern making, casting, machining, quality control, and shipping.

  • Standard leadtimes are 4 weeks for cast parts and 2 weeks for turned parts

Foundry

Superior metallurgical technology combines with advanced techniques to produce quality sand castings for virtually any machined component.

  • Castings of up to 2,500 lbs (1,133kg)
  • Alloy Steel, Nickel Alloy, or Carbon Steel
  • Electric Induction Furnaces
  • Solid State Vacuum Spectrometer to ensure casting compositions
  • Metallurgical Engineer on staff for material specifications
  • Thousands of patterns crafted of wood and metal
  • New or replacement patterns can be replicated from a sample part or engineered pattern drawings
